We will move through breath and posture assessments to discuss observations & recommend some areas of focus.

We will discuss our holistic approach based on Pranamaya Kosha layers of awareness: food body, breath body, mental/emotional body, wisdom body, soul body.

We will sample a brief yoga therapy practice with movement, breath-work, stillness, and self-study. This session will include 90 min of facilitated assessments.

Daily Pivot Method™️

I will introduce a full yoga therapy practice with yoga and meditation as movement, breath, stillness, and self-study.

This session will include a fully facilitated practice.

Follow-up sessions
