leading trauma-informed transformation
since 2012
Hi! I am Alicia Ortiz (AO), a change-focused coach specializing in deep healing and personal transformation.
My work helps people move through life’s biggest transitions—whether they’re processing trauma, rebuilding after burnout, or learning to navigate relationships with more clarity and self-trust.
With over 1,000 hours of facilitation training and my proven Daily Ritual Method™, I guide clients through the difficult but necessary work of breaking old patterns, setting boundaries, and cultivating resilience in their bodies, mind, and work.

My approach integrates teachings from the School of Consent, Buddhist philosophy, neuroplasticity, and trauma-informed communication (NLP & nervous system regulation) to support lasting change.
At the heart of my coaching is a simple but profound truth: healing happens in relationships—with ourselves, others, and the world around us. Understanding how the nervous system seeks safety through co-regulation is key to developing healthier relationships, emotional stability, and a deeper sense of self-compassion.
My work is informed by a decade of healing studies, including PTSD recovery, racial and intergenerational trauma healing, and shadow work. I help clients navigate these complex inner landscapes with honesty, compassion, and practical integration tools.
After years of working through my career shifts, chronic neurological pain, and relational challenges, I found a way forward. Now, I support others on their path to self-discovery and healing. Resiliency School, an online resource for deeper personal work, launched in 2025.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me gardening, hiking with my sidekick Griffin, or soaking up the sun in Puerto Rico or the Ozarks. No matter where I am, my mission remains the same: helping people heal, connect, and create meaningful change.
