Alicia Ortiz (AO.DailyRitual, creator and guide) studies and teaches, how to improve ways of consciously relating with each other and our environment, specifically through language and communication.

When she learned the ways our nervous system is inherently programmed to seek safety through co-regulation, she rediscovered a universal truth: the heart of love is rooted in conscious connection. That means, it matters how we treat ourselves, how we show up, and how we value our relationship with the world around us - in the name of love.

Alicia remembers connecting to subtle energy and deep emotions as early as 2 years old. Over time and across a journey of trial and error, she found strategies to navigate this superpower. Sensitivity called for her to combine reflective writing with radical self-honesty and spiritual self-study. Over 10 years dedicated to healing studies, she feels a deeper connection to her purpose, shifting generational patterns through forgiveness, acceptance, and love. Her unique medicine reminds us to savor the simple joys of life: laugh, play, tend to your inner garden, and take breaks. Her vision drives her passion to embrace the through, yet endlessly fulfilling work.

Alicia and her side-kick Griffin enjoy chasing waterfalls, hiking hills, and gardening for produce. She winters on the Caribbean beaches of Puerto Rico and summers on a riverbed community homestead in Ozark County. After 10+ years of pivoting through career changes, incongruent partnerships, and chronic neurological and physical pain, her discontentment became her motivation for change and she’s sharing everything she learned through an online resource, Resiliency School (coming 2025).
