Why nlp coaching
was more effective for me
than talk therapy.
Education.
Like a sports coach, we improve players by investing in their process. When I became a student of my behaviors through self-study, I developed a mastery that went beyond the “why do I do this” and into the process of “how do I do this differently.”
Combining NLP tools with yogic mindfulness, we grow in every area of life. When we tend to our emotions, we heal. When we learn tools and skills, we heal more quickly.
Support.
When physical, emotional, and social well-being is stagnant or out of balance, we can’t see new possibilities for solving old problems.
A coach asks meaningful questions and offers guidance through suggestions. We work together to discover the empowered personas currently under-utilized. We call on coaches to guide us to weed out confusion, tending to the garden of our inner world so flowers can grow.
Growth.
Developing self-awareness is directly related to our ability to be productive, resourceful, and effective in changing unconscious patterns. The growth is moving on.
When we heal our patterns, we gain freedom from our past, reclaim emotional autonomy, and are motivated by creating a more ideal future.
“self-study opens
the opportunity to improve
personal and SPIRITUAL alignment.”
As a coach, Alicia supports clients through transitions and life shifts. She shares tools with deeply honest self-study exercises to inspire individual reflection, ownership and accountability. Her clients overcome limiting beliefs, improve self-awareness, and increase coherence between their brain & heart to reach towards their purpose.
Alicia offers 1:1 mentorship, coaching, and conflict resolution for individuals, partners, and family members. Her work trains intentional language to invite love in and allow space for unresolved conflict to be settled, or not. Self-study is a process that allows us to mend childhood wounds and amplify spiritual ancestral connection with conscious access to the unconscious psyche, but it’s not required. The teachings Alicia shares are rooted in Patanjali’s 8 Limbs of Yoga, The Wheel of Consent, Zen Buddhism, Family Constellation, and Permaculture ethics.
