    Master NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and nervous system regulation to communicate with clarity, shift limiting beliefs, and rewire the way you engage with yourself and others.

  • Core Wounds

    Work through PTSD, trauma, racial healing, and shadow work with a compassionate yet direct approach. We dive into your personal history to help you unearth, process, and integrate past wounds into present strength.

This coaching is not a one-size-fits-all program. It’s customized based on where you are and where you want to go.

We work in 1:1 sessions blending practical tools with deep self-inquiry over 3+ months to start.

Who This Is For

My coaching supports those seeking deep personal transformation, whether you’re navigating trauma recovery, burnout, or challenging life transitions. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, I help you regulate your nervous system, heal from past wounds, and build healthier relationships with yourself and others.

I collaborate with peers, mentors, and clinical professionals, and I’m clear about the scope of my role. I don’t diagnose or treat—I coach with care, and when needed, I refer out. This space is trauma-aware, integrity-led, and designed to complement therapy or support integration after it.
